Opportunity: In a group, create promotional pieces for the Anderson University 2013 Senior Art Show.

Solution: In order to complete this project, I worked in collaboration with a small group of senior graphic design students. We designed four 7x5” postcards, an 18x12” poster, and a website that promote the AU Senior Art Show. Each postcard represents one of the four art concentrations: Art Education, Ceramics, Graphic Design, and Painting and Drawing. Our group exhibited great skills in photography and typography; therefore we decided to create pieces that use photographic and typographic elements to promote the excellence of every concentration in the AU Art Department. 

Every student who goes through all four years of the art program gains a great deal of knowledge, skill, and experience. When they graduate, they leave an impression, or a mark on the department, as well as the AU campus. The “Leaving Our Mark” promotional materials exemplify the traces and “marks” we leave behind as graduating artists.
